9 PAX gathered two business days back into the grind after spring break and got after it.  Enticed by YHC with delusions of reminiscing our spring breaks, mumble chatter came to a quick halt…..and we got busy getting better.

THANG

Mosey to speed way and get tractor tire.  Turn on Classic Rock work out radio on Pandora.   PAX split into 2 groups.  Group 1 runs 2 laps while Group 2 works.  When the runners pass by on lap 1, the working group switches from designated exercise (AMRAP) to flipping tire until runners complete lap two.

Round 1 – box jumps on tire, tire flips

Round 2 – derkins, box flips

Round 3 – air humpers,  tire flips

Round 4 – squats (touch the tire), tire flips

Round 5 – bulgarian split squats, tire flips

Round 6 – plank, tire flips

Round 7 – tire carry, tire flips

Put tire up and head to the gym wall

Group 1 – people’s chair  Group 2 – bear crawl.  2 rounds.  Mosey to flags
