Three faithful braved the Monday morning gloom and posted in the COLD WIND!

 

THE THANG:

As this workout is more run focused, we set out to start the week right!

1 mile warmup

2 Minutes Of Madness (with no rest)

  • 30 secs Mountain Climbers
  • 30 secs Plank hold
  • 30 secs LBCs or flutters
  • 30 secs Squats

400m hard effort (1D pulling)

Repeat the 2 MOMad

400m hard effort (WiFi pulling)

Repeat 2 MOMad

400m hard effort (Mary pulling)

Repeat 2 MOMad

400m (Easy corners, Sprint the straights)

1 mile recovery

Bleacher knee-ins x 10 (3 sets)

MOLESKIN:

This workout is a keeper!  Third set of Madness had Mary and WiFi on their knees. We ran 3 miles total.

Funny thing happens when you put someone up front to pull.  Both Mary and WiFi smoked it on the pull.

This workout needs more PAX.  This will definitely be better with numbers.  We need more to Embrace the SUCK!
