YHC showed up and Intel was the only one there. We started with warmup, and Dablaam arrived shortly thereafter. Was thinking this morning that I didn’t feel like getting out of bed after a bad night’s sleep of tossing and turning. I thought, “If I won’t do the hard thing today, then what makes me think I will do it tomorrow?”
- Imperial Walkers x 16/3 count
- Windmills x 20/3 count
- Series of ring around the rosie, with high step, sidestep, switch, etc.
Then we ran the 2+ km down to the U.N. Park by the river. On the way we picked up Ozil. On the wall, plank up. Did Rock Climbers (a new exercises as far as I know, invented by yours truly). Find a trip with your feet on the wall, and hold on to the top of the wall. Count to 30. Then suicide pushups with partner x10.
Mosey to other side of park, past all of the morning walkers. We really need to recruit heavily from this park and turn these Walkers into F3 Workers. Then set up a pain station loop:
Start with 5 pull-ups. Run over to circle and do frog hops all the way around the curb. Then run around and up and over 2 Rainbow barriers. Back to start. Rinse and repeat 5x. We were starting to feel it by this point.
There’s a lot we can do at this park, thinking about meeting here 1 day a week.
Then we ran back up the hill and the several km back to the Campus. Finish with 60 Shoulder Taps, and a round of Flutters.
Countdown, name-o-rama, and CoT. As we lifted our eyes from prayer, about 10 guys appeared in front of us. Timmy, Sketch, and crew had been confused by my post last night and showed up at Pullchowk about a mile and a half away! Sorry for the confusion, guys. My fault. Thanks for showing anyways.
