Mosey the Liberty Bridge and partner up
Time to introduce the Matinee pax to the Main Thing favorite – the Liberty 500.
Partner 1 runs across the Liberty Bridge around the loop and back while Partner 2 does the exercises. Then switch. Each partner is responsible for his own reps totaling 100 of each exercise.

As each pax completes his 500, find another pax to shadow and continue running/exercises. Continue motivating each other until all pax have completed his 500.
