7 PAX got a good start to the week by deciding a little bit of rain isn’t too much!

Warm up:

25 SSH

25 Imperial Walkers

Mosey to the Simpsonville City Park football field, line up at one goal line.

1st set: Jack Webbs, starting at 1:4

Leap frog jump 1/4 of field

jog to center, then 5 burpees, then jog to opposing goal line

Dan Taylors, starting at 1:4

repeat until 5:20, changed from Leap Frogs to Crab Walks halfway

Bear Crawl and Crab Walk to center field for some Plank-o-rama

reverse planks, Left Side Planks, Right side planks

Mosey to S’ville Police Station for a mini circuit:

20 Step Ups, 15 Derkins, 15 Dips

2 more sets to 10 each

Mosey to shovel flags:

25 WWII situps, 25 crabcake crunches, 25 Rosalitas,

jog to the park benches for one last round of Derkins & Dips, then run out and back to be sure we covered 2.0 miles.
