Soaking Saturday at The Station

Six men showed up in the morning drizzle to see what YHC had in store for them.

Warm-up

20 SSH

The Thang

2500 Dora style

500 merkins

500 LBCs

500 squats

500 Russian twists

500 shoulder air presses

Audible to 250 count then rinse and repeat to hit our 500 after merkins started to suck

We were able to finish the 2500 reps so 3 PAX did 10 pull-ups while the other 3 did 25 dips then switch. Rinse and repeat.

With 5 minutes to spare Blue led the PAX with some much needed stretching. Reminder to take care of ourselves both before and after workouts.

COT

AO relay coming up so check the weekly emails for info on that and many other opportunities for 1st and 2nd F.

Prayers and praises both spoken and unspoken.  It was a deep COT and thank you to everyone for sharing.  Working out together is rewarding but we are also there to lift each other up when we are struggling.  Don’t be afraid to reach out and talk with somebody if you need it.  Let’s not forget this and keep EHing others.

It was great to lead our group this morning and even better to have Lizard Lick back out with us.  Until next time gents.
