10 PAX peeled themselves out of the fartsack and the warm methane cuddles of content. YHC had not been part of a good 4 corners @ TOT lately, but I might have missed it in my DR time. SoccerMom was nice enough to lend me some gloves. Retrospectively, glad he did. Got a pretty good crowd out here for a Monday, and luckily we didn’t have to huddle in front of the lingerie like last week. If any PAX have Q-brain for a 4 corners, TOT is the place to exercise the demon. Enough with the chat chit.

SitThroughs = Plank position, twist and thread right leg underneath body to end up in sitting postion, keep leg and arse off ground, repeato for left leg = 1 rep
Corner 3, 30 QuadPress, 20 MonkeyHumpers (smoke the legs)
Corner 4, 10 one leg burpees (smoke everything)
We made it for 2.5 laps.

Just a couple of quick observations. Walrus left it all on the field. Whisper maintains his relentlessness. SoccerMom is still a jackrabbit. Sushi is the best sweeper that a post can have. All others put in a metric crap ton of work, including beanstalk, who has done more to get lean and mean by the time his friends wake up, than others do all day. Good work men.
