Level 3 – 10 squat jumps, 20 glute bridges (w/ leg raise), 30 russian twists

Level 5 – 10 squat jumps, 20 glute bridges (w/ leg raise), 30 russian twists, 40 lunges, 50 freddy mercury’s

Level 4 – 40 lunges, 30 russian twists, 20 glute bridges (w/ leg raise), 10 squat jumps

flapjack with both partners doing each exercise (pullups or derkins EVEN and merkins ODD)
A bit of confusion on this one as the rails didn’t lend themselves to supine pullups. Derkins we’re offered as an alternative

Iceman
Think you might mean ISW: From the Exicon – Imperial Squat Walker: Cruel cousin of the Imperial Walker. This 4-count exercise starts with hands clasp on head. Count 1 = a squat. Count 2 = stand up and bring one knee up to the opposite elbow. Count 3 = a squat. Count 4 = stand up, other knee to other elbow. Q should be mindful to count at a pace that allows/encourages a nice, deep squat. Rushing the count produces girly squats. (Thanks Cheetah in NoCo.)
