8 PAX shook off the Labor Day late night football hangover to venture out into the gloom and pay tribute to the original football video game from back in the day when controllers only had 4 arrows and 2 buttons!! If you played this game as a kid in the late 80’s/early 90’s, you know that the way to make sure you didn’t get walked down was to run in a zig zag pattern down the field and you were sure to score a touchdown. For that reason, our sprints involved zig zagging across the parking lot. One “end zone” had cinder blocks while the other had none and exercise reps were based on the top 10 player’s jersey numbers from the video game.

The Thang
Each sprint zig zagged across the parking lot touching 4 cones that were approximately 25 yards apart. One exercise set was done between each sprint.
