Shoeless Joe

A beautiful shovel flag was planted as 15 faithful laced up their spikes for some early morning fun.

The Conditions: Immaculate.  63 degrees Fahrenheit, 60% humidity.

The Thang: Mosey to the baseball field.  Line up on the 1st base line facing left field.

10 rounds of the following, each separated by a sprint to the left field wall and back.

-Merkins x10, Squats x10, Werkins x10, Russian Twists DC x10, Carolina Dry Docks x10.

Lots of sprinting, but when it was finished the pax had done 100 merkins, squats, werkins, Russian twists and Carolina dry docks.  The beauty of F3: had I been alone, I would have quit after 5 rounds.  Thanks to everyone for keeping me accountable.

Introducing, the Shoeless Joe:

Pax line up.  One pax at a time calls out an exercise and runs the bases 2x, while the rest of the pax do said exercise (For example, Flay called out diamond merkins, so he ran the bases twice while the rest of the pax did diamond merkins).  Find out how benevolent or sadistic your fellow pax are.  We did snow angels, elbow plank, LBCs, diamond merkins, flutters, plank jacks, smurf jacks, fairy jacks, Freddy Mercury, burpees and a few that I’ve forgotten.

Good backwards run (butt down, reach back, like your Deion Sanders) around the bases x2

Really nice to be over at the Tank Yard.  Truly a great AO.  I mean, it’s got a literal tank parked right there.  Awesome pax, hope to see yall more often.  Warning: it’s kinda dark and only getting darker.  #HeadlampWeather

It was fun discussing EH’s with the pax.  There are several Gower men that are resisting the EH pretty hard.  The pax deduced that it’s mostly because they like spending money to work out and don’t care about fellowship #nobrainer #TheFernismyFriend.  In the near future, the pax will post in their yards until they can resist no longer.  #ComeBackShrute
