Shamu's Pitchfork #Beatdown

13 PAX showed up to Pitchfork this morning.  Although the weather was cool, things heated up quickly.  The warm up consisted of a brisk partner Indian Run. The back of the line completed 2 burpees before sprinting to the front.  Next, the PAX circled up for a warm-up ladder consisting of burpees and SSH and Imperial Walkers before moseying over to the track.

Tha Thang:

DORA 1: Partner 1 runs a lap around the track, while Partner 2 exercises.  Team must complete 100 burpees, 100 merkins, 100 hand release merkins, 100 squats.  Plank it up when complete.

Mosey to the playground…

DORA 2: Partner 1 bear crawl, while Partner 2 exercises.  Team must complete 50 pull ups, 50 diamond merkins, 50 dips.

Mosey back to the flag…

Repeat warm-up ladder with burpees and SSHs.

Mary to close it out.

Way to #pushtherock today.  Great turnout and great effort.  Keep striving to #getbetter each and every time you venture into the #gloom.  Don’t go through the motions.
