Backwards run up the hill
Superman Merkins at the top of the hill
Crabwalk down the Hill
*Notes:  Backwards runs were rough

Mosey up to the corner of the Y and line up against the wall
60 Second People’s chair; 10 squats
75 Second People’s chair; 10 squats
90 Second People’s Chair; 10 Squats

Mosey towards Verdae and stop at the lovely newly paved hill
10 Big boy Situps at the bottom of the hill
Run up the hill to the 3rd light
20 Russian Twists
Run up to the top of the hill
30 Erectors
Run to the bottom of the hill and do BBS’s until the group is together
Repeato for a total of 3 circuits
