Running Backwards is the New Forward

4 Men showed up at Sbux to get a beatdown.
5:16 The virtual flag was planted and we were off. We took a jog to One City Plaza for the main event

The Thang:

No teams just yourself, a lap included:
At the corner of Main and Coffee do Derkins X 10;Run to the seating area near the parking garage and do Dips X10
Run to the ground level of the parking deck: The center ramps run backwards(3) and the rest run forward. At the top of the parking deck run down the stairs. At the bottom of the stairs do Molotav Merkins X 10. Run to the corner of North and Main and do Russian Twists X10 DC. Run to the start and rinse and repeat till 605

We did around 9 laps in total. The running backwards part was a lot harder than I thought it would be.

Small group this morning but everybody was fast and brought their A game
