Conditions: felt like long sleeves to start, but it warmed up quickly. Layers were shed quickly as the sweat began to bead.

Modified Hub & Spoke.

Hub = 5 Burpees every time you cross the hub.

Spoke #1 = 5 Steps Up each Leg

Spoke #2 = 5 merkins, players choice standard, declined or inclined

Spoke #3 = 5 4ct plank jacks

Spoke #4 = 5 Big Boy Sit Ups

Rinse & Repeat w/ 10 reps same exercises on each spoke, 5 burpees every time you cross the hub

Mosey to to the wall. 20 dips OYO.

Mosey to the Brick Yard. 25 LBC IC, 25 Plank Jacks IC, 30 sec high knees, 30 sec butt kickers.

Mosey to the War Memorial. Lunge Walk to the Circle. Mosey to the Flag.
