Round 2 Dora with Dumbells

YHC was almost late arriving this morning but was still there with a few minutes to spare. (I did not want to have to do any extra burpees.) We had another great turnout out #PITCHFORK.  Sadly I believe Bambi stated earlier that the sequel would not be as brutal as the original.  I would have to agree, however, still think I smoked the shoulders this morning. So without any further adieu:

Warmups

25 x SSH Burpees (look it up on the exercises its there fun one too!)
15 x Carolina Dry Docks (warming up the shoulders)
15 x Hillbilies (Pitchfork staple or should be)

The Thang

Mosey to BB Court weight in tow (second half from last week as promised)
Dora 1-2-3 (all exercises are with weights)

100 Russian Twists with MC Hammers
200 Military Presses with Fiddler Crab (another good one from the exercise list)
300 Alternating Floor Presses with Walking Lunges with curls

Obama’s team smoked us all and for a bonus when others finished we did Manmaker Inch Worms. Those are a real treat and highly recommended. Thanks for the idea Obama.

Mosey to Wall with weights
Wall of Fire (time to make the legs burn just a little)

20 x Curls
10 x Military Press

Why is it called the Wall of Fire you may ask, well it is simple, while one person performs a few exercises all other PAX remain sitting against the wall. We all remain there until all PAX have completed said exercises. As you can imagine as we wait a small burning sensation may be felt through out your upper legs hence the name.
