The Starfish
Mosey to the soccer field and circle up. Quick feet in the circle with some high knees in-between.
Sprint to each corner of the field, then back to the center for more quick feet, high knees, arm circles and some up and downs in the mix. Repeat (40 arm raises on the second go around)
