“Rockin” Good Time with Frozen Fingers

It was time for my VQ and I didn’t want to disappoint!

Warm Up: Really, really needed since 31 degrees.
SSH x 20 IC
Imperial Walkers x 4 IC kind of. This cadence thing is harder than it looks
Windmeals x 15 IC
Arm Circles forwards and backwards x 20 OYO
Merkins x 10 IC

Mosey over to baseball field to get the heart rate up. Time for base running. Start by hitting a single, so sprint to first base, then mosey all the way around to home plate. Next a double, so sprint to second, mosey back. Continue all the way till an inside the park home run sprint.

That was fun, now time for the heavy lifting….Mosey back to AO and Grab a rock. Don’t pick a pebble! I said. So sparkler too that to heart. I ended up having to switch rocks with him by the end. Grab your new friend and lets mosey past the library to the gas station parking lot. Wait, does this look bad? Stop and do some overhead lifts with your rock x 10 IC. Mosey up the side street and stop for lunge walks to end of brick wall. Mosey up to the dialysis center and get on your six. Hold the rock behind your head and your legs at 6 inches. Mosey to front of tandem and crawl through the yellow bicycle stands x 2. Finally mosey back to AO and get rid of these rocks. Arms are now spent.

Flutters x 20 IC. Spackler started laughing at my counting, but finally getting it down.
