Return of the Burpee

After having a back injury a month ago, it’s good to be back.  Decided to reemerge by signing up to Q.

Conditions:
75F, 66% RH, calm breeze…not as bad as it has been

Warm Up:
SSH x 20 IC
Squealbillies x 10 IC
IW x 10 IC

Da’ Thang:

Mosey to Tennis Court

5×10: 10 Burpees a minute for 5 minutes

Dora 300/200/100/50

300 LBC / 200 Squats / 100 Merkins / 50 Burpees

Head to the Basketball court for Elevens (Jump Squats and Lunges)

Head back to the Tennis Court side wall.  Each of the 3 grabbed a fence post and did people’s chair.  The first guy does 5 burpees and bear crawls past the other PAX to the next fence post and gets back on the wall.  Do this the distance of the fence.  3 sets of 5 burpees for each PAX.

We’re at 90 burpees a piece so far, so let’s do 10 Superman Burpees to get us to an even 100.
