Ever had that “Gassed all day” feeling right before your Q? Well, most of you wouldn’t because you haven’t Q’d an evening workout. #slackers ┬áIt gives a certain level of apprehension to the eventual time at which you have to deliver. And will you? Aye, barely delivered it was. But T-claps to Gadget for being my accountability partner today #HIM. We all need that most times. And when it’s just two of you, it’s a stronger 2nd and 3rd F that is shared.


Warm up:

Mountain Climbers, Mericans, toe touches. All IC x20

The thang:

Run to veterans memorial. 11’s w/dips and derkins (why in the hell don’t these ever get any easier!!)

Run up to the circle at the end of University Ridge road, with several pain stations in between and back. Pain stations consisted of: Bear crawls, toe raises, LBC’s, crabwalks, racoon crawls, Squats, Irkins, Lunges (at Stonehenge), hip dips, and maybe even a burpee or two.

Mary: Heels to heavens, and …… crap, can’t remember. YHC was fried. Poor eating plans and heat combined got the best of me. Thanks Gadget for keeping the pace respectful.


Prayers heard from both of us. Mothers in need to Step Father’s that heed.
