So Ding Dong, YHC forgot he had the Q on Tuesday and had a make up Q today at #Tankyard and 5 men got their moving on over at Gower Park. Tuesday @Iceman, brought some #coupons, and well, Snowden likes weights so lets add some weights to the workout. Sanchez brought some bricks and here is what went down….

Mosey to Tennis courts after we picked up 2 bricks each from @Sanchez car.
Tennis Court Suicide Merkins #yesthereweremerkins
Run to middle of each court and back and perform merkins.
Rd 1: 20 Merkins
Rd 2: 20 Werkins
Rd 3: 20 Merkins
Rd 4: 20 Merkins
Rd 5: 20 Werkins #wegotgruntingalready
With Bricks:
10 Squats and 10 Bent over back raises X 3 rounds
Grab your brick buddies and place them in the basketball court area….#foreshadowing
Head to the playground for some pain stations. 3 rounds each
10 pull ups, 15 Swerkins, 20 Dips X 3
Audible after first round cause the swing sets have been raised. 1D would need at step stool over here..good grief, who let Gigantor move the swings up!!! Swerkins become LBC’s.
Mosey to the basketball courts and grab your brick buddies for the Webb Brothers who came to down. At each basketball goal perform a Webb Brother workout. Ohhh, do it with Bricks!
Goal 1: Jack Webb X 5
Goal 2: Johnny Webb X 5 (1 merkin and 4 shoulder raises with Bricks X 5)
Goal 3: Jim Webb X 5 (1 merkin and 4 front shoulder raises with Bricks X 5) after round 3 add 20 SC Russian Twists and 20 LBC’s with Bricks for next two rounds before finishing Jim Webb
Goal 4: Jerimiah Johnson Webb X 5 (1 Merkin and 4 Bent over back raises with Bricks X 5) after round 3 add 20 SC Russian Twists and 20 LBC’s with Bricks for next two rounds before finishing Jeremiah Johnson Webb
At this point we are ALL smoked!! YHC almost had to tap out, but NO FORGIVENESS FOR THE WEAK!!
Mosey back to Tennis Courts.
