12 PAX headed to the Tank Yard for Dexter’s shot at Redemption In the Rain #betterthanlasttime

The Pax broke up into 3 groups, each group having 2 people in the “A” group and 2 in the “B” group. Each group started at a different station along the 0.7 mile loop. When group arrived at station, the “A” group did exercise and the “B” group ran to next station. You exercise at station until the running group gets to you (i.e. at any given time, there are 3 groups running and 3 groups excercising). Excercises were as follows and all were AMRAP:
Station 1:
Derkins, Burpees, Dips
Station 2:
Pull-ups, Swerkins, Knees to elbows
Station 3:
Wall-sits, Balls to the wall, Burpees
In Total, completed 3 laps = 2.1 miles + excercises
Mosey to tennis courts for partner leg throws, 2 sets of 20 each followed by 10 burpees
