9 pax planted the shovel flag, denied Cantore, and got a little better in the rain at the Tower of Terror on a Monday morning.  Congrats to our award winning @Whisper, the #manonfire.  We already knew it, but awesome to see that others in Swamp Rabbit are seeing it too.  TClaps brother.

Lot of pre-work done today.  3 ruckers (@LookOutBelow, @Thumper, and @ThirdBase) put in some miles and 2 pax (@SoccerMom and YHC) did some extra burpees for the #F3burpeechallenge.  YHC had prepared 2 Weinkes – one for the downpour expected and one on the chance Cantore was wrong as usual.  What we received was something in between with a steady light rain most of the morning and a few intermittent downpours.  Perfect for a #randoramo and for YHC’s experiments with a few new exercises.

Thang – Experiment #1 – the Bear Crawl Inch Worm.  Seriously, it’s a thing and it is glorious.  In hindsight, the exercise list says you should perform this until everyone has gone ONCE.  YHC decided we needed to travel from stop sign to stop sign.  Everyone got to go 3 times.  @Sushi started his campaign for the Mumble Chatter award for 2016 early.  #10minuteplank #smokedshoulders  Let’s give the shoulders a break…

COP – Monkey Humpers x 15 IC, Copperhead Squats x 20 IC, Smurf Jacks x 15 IC.

Tighten up the circle for Sally.  25 LB kettlebell made its way around the circle while all pax squats.  Pass on the “Bring Sally up.”  Even distribution of the pain this round.  #smokedlegs

Circle back up for Experiment #2 – the Worst Merkin Ever.  These lived up to their name.  3 merkins (wide, standard, and diamond) without breaking form.  We made it through 5 rounds without breaking form.

Stop sign to stop sign – burpee broad jumps.  Most pax took 18-22 each way and knocked out about 40 burpees.

Circle back up for Sally Round 2 – same as the first, kettlebell hot potato.

Mary – LBCs x 25 IC, Slow LBCs x 15 IC, Rosie x 15 IC.  Never letting feet touch the ground.
