Warmup – None

05:30 straight to the circle and then straight out mosey for the warmup. Run to the church to grab some blocks. Couple guys rolled in super late but still found us. NoBars on quite a streak of 6(?) consecutive late appearances.

Thang 1 – Race the clock.

10 Rounds for time:
– 5 Burpees
– 10 Goblet Squats
– 15 Bent-over Rows
– 20 Flutters with block – double count

Mosey the back way back to the park to the picnic area.

Thang 2 – Horrible 100

No time for the actual Horrible 100, so we modify:

– 40 Step ups
-40 Lunges
– 40 LBCs
– 40 Bench Press
– 40 Squats
– 40 Flutters
– 40 Calf Raises
– 40 Dips
