On Friday the eastside boys will give their all and post a 1 mile time trial. So far all have posted around 7 minutes or less, with only 5 gettin’ in under 6 min.

The Thang
Start with a 1 mile mosey followed by some stretching and then “get her done”, 1 mile time trial. We will see what is left in the tank for more work, but from experience it will not be much!! Don’t be afraid to taste the Merlot.

The time will be important for you to calculate your various paces for upcoming workouts! Trust me, you will get faster!

Note: to get to the track you must enter RSM from Gibbs Shoals Road.
