Aye, tomorrow we attempt to run off the bonus lbs from Easter weekend with a little additional speed. After a mile mile warm up, we’ll do circuits of 200m Repetition pace- 200m mosey, 200m Repetition pace- 200m mosey, 400m Repetition pace, 400m mosey, repeato for time.
