  • Workout Date - 07/22/2014
  • Q In Charge - Spongebob & Latka
  • The PAX - Everyone...just need to
  • AO -
Summer is going great and is reflected in the number of FNGs we have coming in and the increase in our weekly workouts.
The beauty of F3 workouts is that they are FREE.  How do we do that?  We all shoulder the load by leading workouts.
It may be summer but let’s go to SCHOOL!!!
Q TEACHERS:  Spongebob & Latka (Bringing the teacher’s gifts will not result in better grades, but will be accpeted)WHEN:  7/22/2014 @ 5:30 am – There will still be a workout at the MainThang for those who already lead Qs and want to get their down Painment in.  We will have the school at the same time – but don’t be fooled – we will be moving during the school but at a slower pace.

WHERE:  Peace Center AKA Main Thang AKA Flay’s favorite place in the world

WHO SHOULD ATTEND:  Anyone (from any location BTW) who has the slightest inkling about leading a workout, or those who have been coming, but want to know more about the History and Mission of F3 and the process of each workout.

1)  “Well, I’m not sure if I’m ready to lead”
2)  “I don’t know all of the terms”
3)  “My finger hurts”
4)  “I’m not one of the fastest/strongest/fittest guys, so I can’t”

1)  “I am leading the workout today, so I can’t make it”
2)  “My name is 1 Direction”
3)  “I’ve got this really angry tiger in my house that is licking its lips at me”
4)  “I can’t make it because I’m signing up for the mudrun in October”

1) General history and mission of F3

2) Importance of being a Q and being uniform with the F3 Brand
3) Anatomy of a Q (Warm-up, workout, COT)
4) Basics in counting in cadence, OYO, tec.

5) Discussion of explaining sets (Dora 1,2,3 – Jacob’s ladder – etc.)

In all seriousness….come out.  It’s going to be a great time to get to learn about F3 and learn how to Q.  It looks difficult, but by Golly, it’s not.  If Snowden can Lead a Q without chasing a squirrel up a tree, YOU CAN LEAD!  DO IT….
