Pre-Blast: Hump Day Boot Camp workout to debut at Travelers Rest inaugural

Once again Swamp Rabbit F3 is expanding to meet the needs of men throughout our county and region. Our next expansion will bring not only a new location for Fitness, Fellowship and Faith, but also the first Wednesday crossfit option in our region.

The new AO location is Gateway Park in Travelers Rest. Entrance to the park is via the Sunrift Adventures parking lot. Sunrift is located at the intersection of Main St (Hwy. 276) and Center St. If you have traversed the Swamp Rabbit Trail, this is where the trail crosses Main St. (U.S. Hwy 276) in T.R. See the Greenville Schedule page, for a Goggle map.

This location has lots to offer. First of all, it is directly connected to the Swamp Rabbit Trail, the namesake of our region. What could be more appropriate? It also has a bike skills path that should make for a great ‘rolling mosey’ path.

There is also a baseball diamond, football field, basketball court, tennis court, and a playground. There is a water fountain to fill up water bottles too.

Several of the PAX have faithfully traveled from the farthest regions of northern Greenville County to find the gloom at Main Thang or elsewhere #shoutouttoZorroandHandyManny. Now they have one less excuse to fartsack.

Others in the PAX have lamented the lack of a crossfit option on Wednesdays, but now we have one.

Please use this opportunity to EH guys that live in this area. Some North Greenville University students are already getting the pitch from Floppy #steppingup.

Each of us knows the benefits of F3, and how meaningful it has been to our lives. Use this opportunity to spread the joy further #theywillthankyoulater.

YHC and Zorro will be bringing the PAIN, so don’t miss the chance to support F3 expansion and kick off the T.R. AO with a bang.

What better way to start the second half of your week than with a Hump Day Beat Down!

Aye!

    1. Except for the Crucible, a listing of the exercises planned is usually not posted beforehand. That said, I am planning a good representation of the more common exercises covering both upper and lower body, since there should be multiple FNGs.

  1. Oh hell, it’s ON. Too bad I’m not usually back in TR on wednesdays but next time I’m in town I’m there. Need to get Longbottom and Padre in on this.

Played little league baseball in that park. Badly. This was back when there was no coffee shop with chic art on the walls. We had only the Hardee’s and Carolina Fine Foods and we LIKED IT. When waffle house and wal-mart showed up TR clearly had become to “metro” so I had to leave town.

  2. Was wondering when we’d hear from Belk on this… You think you could throw the EH out to the 4 or 5 guys in TR about joining us? Considering the population size, this may be the first AO where we get 100% participation from the community…
