Meet at Starbucks downtown at 0510. Grab a partner. Toes down at 0515.
Garage madness:
Head to the Washington Street Parking Garage
Run to the top (using ramps in center of garage)
Stop at the bottom of each odd ramp for:
10 DC Mtn Climbers & 10 DC Flutters
Stop at the bottom of each even ramp for:
10 Merkins & 10 Squats
Follow the top deck around to the right and head down ramp on the outside
Sprint to the bottom
Repeat until 6:08
AYG back to Starbucks
