Here’s the skinny:
Join us for a BBQ dinner (cooked by resident chef Flay), music and fellowship. This is open to any and all and will be family friendly. Great opportunity to solidify an EH you’ve been working on.
Cost – $5 per adult plus a side dish (no charge for the kiddos)
Drinks – OYO
Costumes – encouraged. Since this will be the day after Halloween, we’d love to see kids (and adults) in full costume. Here’s @Flay from last year
There will be entertainment (hopefully live music) and games (for adults and kids).
**We’d also like everyone to bring canned goods as we’re collecting donations for the local food bank.
Please consider paying electronically as it will help give us a headcount and help offset some of the out of pocket expenses for those coordinating the event. Whether you pay early or the week of, we still need an RSVP by 10/12 so we can plan accordingly. Please include number of adults and kids that plan to attend.
