Last week was a successful soft launch for a new and challenging workout that focuses more on running, but still gives you a chance to take a breather while pumping out some exercises. We had 8 Pax including 2 FNG’s and hope to see more out there next week.

Where: Augusta Circle Elementary
When: 5:15AM
Why: So you can be better than you were yesterday

The Thang:
4 Mile Run (with purpose) to each Pain Station (PS), total of 5 on this route – but the speedsters circle back to the 6 and all meet at PS at the same time.

PS will consist of Q’s choice.
