On this Thanksgiving we thank God for all He has given us. I am thankful for His love, for my wife, my children, my job, my friends, my church, and for all the brothers of F3. They all give me the strength to take on the many battles we face every day.
What better way to pay back my F3 brothers than to offer up the toughest AO in Swamp Rabbit to be used for a Thanksgiving Convergence. The PowderKeg PAX pride ourselves on our tough workouts with coupons galore. Today would not disappoint. 49 men would discover some of the abundant opportunities at “The Keg”.
The AO was split into 4 stations each with its own unique character.

SSH, MC, PowderKeg flyover penalty (10 burpees OYO), ‘Mericans.
The group split into four groups, each having its own Q. The trail run would be the timer. When they returned we would rotate stations making sure each group did all 4.
Each Q would come up with their own exercises. I don’t know all the reps but after listening to all the mumblechatter, I believe everyone got a severe beatdown. There was a lot of tire flipping, brick curls, Joe Hendrix, burpees ladders, and moseys.
We finished with Mary as one group.
