14 men broke free from the fartsack and were rewarded with no running. Several PAX including YHC are recovering from injuries. The 0.0 still gives a full body beatdown while saving the joints from the pounding that sometimes comes with running. We are not getting any younger. Know your body’s limitations. Here is how it went down.
Warm Up

No running, so we took a short walk over to the parking lot.
On your 6. Crab walk 2 parking spaces. At each stop the PAX would choose the pain we would endure. 15 reps of each exercise. I can’t remember the order or who chose what but there were Merkins, diamond Merkins, Dollies, Rosalitas, Flutters, Box Cutters, LBCs, reverse LBCs, heals to Heaven, lunges, squats, good morning abbies, dry docks, SSH, burpees, mountain climbers, and even some old fashioned up/downs. Some were repeated. At the half way point in the lot we switched to bear crawl between exercises to the end and back to the middle. Crab walk again. When it got back to YHC on round three i decided to lunge walk back to the shovel flag for Mary.

Thanks to everyone for coming out and enduring the punishment of the experimental 0.0. Maybe we could make it a weekly thing. How many PAX have not returned because of injury or they hate the running. No excuses now.
Crunchy and his son Reese’s Pieces must go to bed shortly after the nightly news b/c that’s a haul from Anderson that early in the morning. Much respect!
