18 braved it and they knew no gloves would be needed because with Boomhauer its all about the running. Today was the opposite of a 0.0.
Split PAX into 4 “teams” cycling through 4 stations of “Fartlek” training (running at variable tempos)
Station 1 was 1 lap around the campus at 60% effort
Station 2 was 2 circuits of 50 meter sprints with brief walking in between (avg 6 sprints per circuit) 80% effort
Station 3 was 3 circuits of steps at 70% effort
Station 4 was 4 circuits of 100 meter hill sprint and walk down. Sprint at 90% effort
Rinse and repeat.
Finished with some Mary to keep our girlish figures in check. Freddy Mercury’s, LBCs and Flutter kicks.
