The morning started at 5:01AM when everyone in the GroupMe was informed that Seal was high hatting us for Toilet Bowl. Against all odds, 22 PAX decided the show must go on.
Due to the run-heavy nature of the workout and a few nagging injuries to some of our guys, Brown Shorts agreed to lead a 0.0 to go alongside my plyo-fest.
Inferring judgement from me (erroneously), he felt compelled to tell me their workout was “not easy.” Kudos to those guys for making it happen! Here’s what everyone else did…
