Playin' in the rain

15 PAX rolled into #thestation for some rainy day fun with YHC. It’s always great to have PAX from other AO’s come visit. T-Claps ATM and Bambi making the trek over from #PitchFork AND bringing and FNG!

Sprinkler’s were on as normal, even though it had poured down rain throughout the night and was still spitting rain as we circled up. To which Iceman alerted the future Mayor of Greer, affectionately known to the PAX as Grr…that the #GreerWaterCommission should really invest in rain gauges to help #savewater #preventdivots.

Here’s how it went down:
Mosey up top to avoid the sprinkler’s but knowing what YHC had in store, let’s just dive in and get wet first off.
10 x LBC’s to start
17 x SSH IC
12 x Seal Jacks IC
11 X Hillbillies IC

Mosey over to amphitheater for #bouncehouse
10 x squats OYO followed by 10 x box jumps OYO at each level of the amphitheater. #mumblechatter started at the third step (I believe there are 10 levels total) You do the math.
Mosey to the right and onto the street to get a better view of what is next…turn left back toward the AO and point out 6 lamp posts.
Once at #homebase short of the first lamp post YHC calls out the #suicideescalator…
Run to first lamp post for 10 HR Merkins, return to #homebase
then back to the first lamp post for 10 HR Merkin – run to second lamp post for 20 LBC’s, return to #homebase
then back to the first lamp post for 10 HR Merkin – run to second lamp post for 20 LBC’s, third lamp post for 30 squats, return to #homebase
then back to the first lamp post for 10 HR Merkin – run to second lamp post for 20 LBC’s, third lamp post for 30 squats, fourth lamp post for 40 dbl count mtn climbers, return to #homebase
then back to the first lamp post for 10 HR Merkin – run to second lamp post for 20 LBC’s, third lamp post for 30 squats, fourth lamp post for 40 dbl count mtn climbers, fifth lamp post for 50 air presses, return to #homebase
then back to the first lamp post for 10 HR Merkin – run to second lamp post for 20 LBC’s, third lamp post for 30 squats, fourth lamp post for 40 dbl count mtn climbers, fifth lamp post for 50 air presses, sixth lamp post for 60 dbl count flutters, return to #homebase
At this point the PAX is pretty spread out, so pick up the 6 and finish with them!
Well, look at that, the sprinkler’s come on!

Mosey to the water fountain for #curbsideservice
10 x Incline merkins OYO with hands on the short brick wall around the fountain, then shuffle hands to the right for 2 more rounds of 10.
Next up, three rounds of single-leg squats with one leg on the wall (#shoutout to Blue Hawaii…#balanceisking We miss you brother!)

Mosey to the start for MOM: continuing my #rewardsystem for passing off MOM to the PAX that was killing it that day…tough call today, Grr was pushing hard (after a #prerun T-Claps brother) but the winner today was NoBars! Note to self: Don’t turn MOM over to NoBars ever again! #beastmode
NoBars put us through some maniacal exercises and just when you thought he was finished, “oh, we have a minute left let’s finish with #flutters #ugh
