11 pax circled up for their Saturday before a holiday downpainment. Good to see 1D back at #pitchfork and YHC knew this workout would be right up his alley.

Warmup – SSH x 30 IC, HB x 20 IC.

Thang – line up for Indian run through Spaulding Farms.

Stop 1 – 25 merkins, 25 squats, 25 BBSU OYO

Hill work – 3 times up the yet-to-be-named hill in SF. 10 burpees at the top each time. Plank for the 6.

Mosey back to the cul-de-sac

Stop 2 – 25 diamonds, 25 close feet squats, 25 4-count LBCs

Indian run back to the front of the neighborhood

Stop 3 – 25 wide merkins, 15 lunges each leg, 25 4-count Freddie Mercury

Indian run back to the bus loop.

Partner up for a DORA – 100 hand release merkins, 200 squats, 300 single count LBCs. Pax 1 works while pax 2 runs the bus loop. Finish with the 6.

Line up for Predator and Prey. Each pax gets a slight head start on the bus loop for an all out sprint. If you get caught you do 10 burpees. Must have been too much of a head start cause nobody got caught. #nexttime

Good work from everyone – we covered around 3 miles total. Especially good work from the pre-runners (Bambi and Whisper) and the pre-ruckers (Lite Brite and Thumper). Great to have 1D back with us.
