Being a site Q I always have a workout saved in the memory banks. YHC would need it this morning. No one on the calendar and no volunteers. I got this.

In discussions with the other PAX we agree that the fitness is only a small part of why we’re here. The Fellowship is what keeps us coming back. The PowderKeg guys have become a family. Accountability is not just about getting them to the workouts. It also keeps you accountable at home or work. These men genuinely care for each other. It’s an amazing feeling to have 20+ brothers we can count on.

We did have a workout too…

Warmup

SSH, MC, IW all x 25 in cadence

The Thang

Off the top of my head I threw together a string of Pearls. We would have 6 stops along the way. Each time doing an ab, leg, and arm exercise. I can’t remember all off them. Whatever popped in my head I called out.

The final circle was at the bottom of the steps. Why not do some Joe Hendricks. Up the stairs, crab walk between each set, and Flutters at the top til everyone catches up.

Mary

More Flutters, reverse crunch, pretzel crunch (L &R), Rosalita all x 20 IC. Don’t put your feet down. 6 inches to protractor and into Homer, Marge, Mr Burns.

Jailbreak to the flag. Burpee salute to injured Shiner and for Hyco (Poodle’s K9). 10 OYO.
