Setting – 35 and a little breezy. Very light crowd to start, but stragglers trickled in mid-warmup, including 2 FNG’s???

Thang – Mosey to playground. At this point it was clear there were two FNGs in our midst that weren’t there at the beginning. So a lil’ splainin’ and we got to it.

Picnic Bench Press – x50 IC (2 count – up/down). 20 squats. Repeat.

Sprint to pond then around pond to stairs. Joe Hendrix up the stairs. Hold plank at the top for the six.

Indian Run to church. Grab a block for Iron Pax inspired work.

50 merkins. Plank for the six. Coupon Carry to end of parking lot and back. Plank for the six.

50 goblet squats. Plank for the six. Coupon Carry to end of parking lot and back. Plank for the six.

50 Bonnie Blairs. Plank for the six. Coupon Carry to end of parking lot and back. Plank for the six.

Blocks up – mosey to park entrance.

Grab some wall. 25 dips. Sprint to fountain. Tap said fountain and back to the park entrance. Repeat, repeat, repeat.

Bear crawl toward fountain. Stop at each left light post. 20 LBCs.

Mosey to circle for 60 second abs. 15 big boys. Recover Recover.
