7 Pax decided the decidedly un-January like weather of 56 degrees and misty was a perfect recipe for leaving the #Fartsack to post at #GoldenStrip

Various dynamic stretches were used here to get the muscles limbered up, jokes were made about the necessity, but no stretching leads to injuries, and too many fun times are coming up for this group. Stretch on. Legs, backs, and arms are stretched out, so let’s mosey!

The Thang

Down to the track, and everyone pull up a spot of grass for the following:

  • Jack Webb IC to 10:40
    • 1 merkin : 4 air presses
  • 2 laps around the track
  • Lt. Dan IC to 10:40
    • 1 squat : 4 lunges
  • 2 laps around the track
  • Freddie Kruegers IC to 8:32
    • 1 4 count Freddie Mercury : 4 Big Boy Sit Ups

Time’s up, back to the flags, no time for Mary – count your lucky stars. All pax are encouraged to finish their Freddie Kruegers to 10:40 OYO
