only 2 PAX showed for what is usually Floppy’s laboratory of pain. Floppy wasn’t able to make it so Slumlord and I made do on an incredibly humid morning.

Go grab 2 bricks each. Head off down to “dead man’s hill” (DMH) stopping at various streetlights for merkins, arm presses, etc
At DMH 10 merkins at bottom, get to the top and back down. We did this 10 times with 2 rounds of backwards run.
Head back home with more pain station stops for curls, arm circles, tricep extensions, werkins and a few others.
