It was cold and I had just stayed up late watching the Wire on Amazon Prime.  However, it was Monday, which means: ACES WILD.  YHC decided to un-ass and get moving.

The Conditions: Cold.  34 degrees.  Feels like of 34.  Clear-ish.

The Thang: The VSF was planted and I struggled to count cadence…

Uhh…lets see how do we count cadence…”First exercise is SSH, in cadence, Count!”…nope, but close.

SSH x15

Mosey north on Waccamaw, right on Westminster Drive, left on W Augusta Place.  Stop and plank.  Head east on Augusta St.  Stop at Byrd/Augusta.  Plankorama.

East on Byrd, down the hill, up the hill.  Stop at the entrance to the Country Club.  Merkins and abwork and squats and other such stuff.

South on Byrd, right on Riverside, cross Augusta (dangerously), left on Augusta, right on Crystal, right on Old Augusta Road, right on Blythe.  Stop at the plaza on Blythe/Augusta.

Dips x 15, Derkins x 10, Squats x 10.

Dips x 8, Derkins x 5, Squats x 5

Mosey back North on Augusta, left on W Augusta Place, right on Westminster, right on Waccamaw, home again.

That was fun.  Running all those hills was exhilarating and it was fun running around behind Augusta Heights Baptist.

Latke won the race back to the VSF.

Total mileage was a little over 3 miles.

We talked about the Panthers and how we all jumped on the bandwagon, can you believe OUR amazing Quarterback, Carson Newman?  He’s so good right!
