17 showed up on a warm Monday morning at Powedrkeg. The word was out that Padre had the Q at Hurricane Alley so most of the Powdersville PAX showed up to Powderkeg. I had a little surprise for them. I am not hardcore like Padre so I didn’t lay the burpee beat-down but I wanted to make sure everyone got their burpee workout in. Here’s what went down:
Warmup: Windmill IC x 10 Seal Jacks IC x 10 (thanks Brownshorts for the name clarification) SSH IC x 10 Imperial Walker IC x 10
Mosey around the church and……fly-over = 10 Burpees. Continue on to the Basketball court for DORA. Partner up for 50 Burpees, 100 Merkins, 200 Squats, & 300 LBC’s.
That was fun. Who wants more???
Mosey down to the front parking lot for some ab workouts.
Mosey back up to the side of the church for a Wall of Fire – 10 Merkins each.
Mosey back to the Flag. Just enough time to plank for a minute.

Will be installing “bondo bars” (pullup bars). Congratulations to Bondo and Showme on their Graduation.
