Unfortunately the original Q for Monday was a bit under the weather.  This meant that someone had to take the helm in order to keep the PAX from falling into disarray.  No doubt that the situation was tense but lucky a firefighter was there to clam the situation, like we often do in these situations.  Unfortunately when shooting from the hip it often hard to remember exact details but the results were the same, people sweating and looking for a break.  The only real break today will come at 06:15.

Warm up: Side straddle hop, mericans, and squats

Then it was to the BRICK pile!

1 set of squats, 1 set squat w/overhead press, 1 set curls (21s), mericans

Then 1 lap around the building to recover,.

Rinse and repeat adding a set of skull crushers.

On the 2nd lap we split the PAX in half. Padre took a his group for a lap around the building and added pain stations as needed.  Knowing Padre, I would think that would mean a lot of burpees. Sucks to be them.  My group performed dericans and lunge walked during Padre’s lap. Then we switched up and got in two pain stations, LBCs and sumo squats.  Then back to the brick pile.

Back with our brick we again shaped our guns.  This time we did a third of the 21s then 10 full range curls.  After doing this it was time to put up our bricks neatly and head back to the Flag.

We had five before we into COT so we used it wisely.

Five minutes of mary! Box cutters, Boat&canoe, and Plank

COT.

We need drivers for 3/18 and 3/19,  Palmetto 500.

That’s how I remember the events of 2/22/16 at 0530.
