21 PAX including 2 FNGs showed up on a beautiful morning for YHC’s VQ at MainThang. Fresh off 1D’s Q School YHC answered the call for a downtown beatdown, Earthmover style.

THE THANG
Mosey in 2 groups around the Peace Center to the grassy field in the amphitheater. The good news-that’s all the running for the day #clydesdalefriendly. The bad news… Tabata #notfriendly. Plank up while YHC cranks up the Tabata Timer. Max effort 20 seconds on 10 seconds off for 8 rounds x 6 different exercises. 1 minute rest in between each exercise. 4 minutes…how hard could it be??
