12 PAX joined me in the gloom on a perfect morning at the #TankYard. Lots of mumblechatter to start the day. Everyone must’ve been in a good mood after pushing through Monday. I also can’t help but think that everyone is looking forward to the upcoming holiday season. Blah, blah…on to the workout.
Warm-Up:
B – Burpees x 5
L – Lunges x 10
I – Imperial Walkers x 15
M – Merkins x 20
P – Plank Jacks x 25
S – Squats x 30

The Thang:
Dora 1-2-3
100 – Burpees
200 – Wall Jumps
300 – Shoulder Taps
While Partner 1 does the exercise, Partner 2 ran up the exit ramp and continued up Shallowford to the first stop sign.
About ten minutes in, YHC started taking some minor verbal abuse for running the hill, not calling audibles, etc…beautiful day in the neighborhood.
For good measure, when finished the PAX did LBC’s and an extra 15 Shoulder Taps.

Extra prayers for Squints taking one million teenagers to YIG in Columbia, next week. At least he’ll be in a great place!
