Thang 3 – Mosey to playground. Pull-ups underneath the picnic tables. 10 OYO. 20 LBC’s IC. Repeat x2. Bench presses of picnic table. 10 IC. Backscratchers x 10IC. Repeat. Repeat.
Mosey to circle for one minute plank. Recover recover.
