YOLEVEN PAX avoided the fartsack this humid Saturday morning to see what YHC had in store. Footloose had just brought some tires for The Station to play with and I for one was excited to incorporate them into a workout.
Warmup
20 SSH
Mosey over to the church (after Joe up the church steps for the sake of tradition) where everyone grabs a block and I grab a tire. Line up for a circuit style suck fest. Person 1 tire flips to the middle of the parking lot and back while the rest of the PAX do various exercises with the blocks. Squats, derkins, overhead presses, merkins, LBC’s, tricep extensions, curls, squats again, presses. When person 1 finished everybody switched until everyone tire flipped.
Round 2
The same block work but the tire person carried the tire mid-parking lot and back then switch up.
I had requested the time before we started and was informed it was closing in on 7:40 so time to mosey back to the amphitheater.
Since there were a couple minutes to kill we Spider-Man crawled up the steps and crab walked down. The time says 7:45 and this was the first Saturday in a while I had heard the fountain music so that means it is time for Stairway to Heaven!
1 burpee and 1 incline merkin at the bottom then run up the steps for 1 squat and run back down for 2 burpees and 2 incline merkins, run back up for 2 squats…you see how this goes. The fountain music must be a bit off because I was on 3 before Zeppelin came on. We continued until we did 7 of each.

Hard to believe it has been 2 years since F3 has come into my life. It has changed me in more ways than one and I am thankful everyday for the opportunity to be with such a great group of men. It was an honor to lead this group today but now it hurts to type. Until next time!
