15 men resisted the fartsack at the Station this morning.  Several guys also pre-ran, since I guess they figured the workout would not be hard enough.

The Thang

First we mosey to the steps to the right of the amphitheater.  Joe Hendricks up, lunge walk across the top of the amphitheater, and then crab walk down the other side.

Next we head to the park entrance for a slightly different take on Jack Webb.  1 derkin and 4 dips.  We did this up to a 4 count before YHC was spent.

Next we mosey over to the Mutual Store wall.  Everyone holds peoples chair while 2 PAX sprint to the other side of the field and back.  The plan was to hold it until everyone ran, but the sprints seemed to be more moseyish, so we had to mix it up with balls to the wall.  That allowed us all to admire the form of KC and Bob as they were flush against the wall.

Time to mosey down to the gazebo for Dora.  We did 50 pull ups, 150 corkscrews, and 300 single count lunges.  I called out 250 double count lunges, but we would still be there trying to finish that so I audibled to have time for 6 minutes of Mary.  On our way back, we bear crawled up the hill from the shelter to the circle.
