COT:

Prayers for Flay’s kid’s nanny.  She’s going through a nasty divorce, having some money struggles and looking for any work.

Prayers for Flay’s grandmother-in-law as she is struggling and possibly having Hospice brought in.

Prayers for Squints’ friend, Gene, from Easley.  He needs to be lifted out of a dark place as he struggles with the anniversary of his wife’s death which happened on their actual anniversary.

Prayers for any and all that may be suffering in silence!

It was an honor to lead today.  We’ve had some awesome new additions to the Tank over the last year!  We’re certainly missing a lot of guys who used to be regulars though.  Hopefully the warm weather will bring everyone back out!  I think it’s extremely important for us all to set the tone now that when you show up to the Tank Yard you’ll be receiving a thorough beating and that you’ll leave a better person.  I challenge any Q on deck to plan out your workouts thoroughly, make sure there is sweat and aim for Merlot.  Lets really challenge each other over the next year and not just come out and go through the motions, get your obligatory Q for the quarter over with and move on.  Lets also make it a point to reach out to some of our past regulars and some FNG’s and get them out there with us. Challenge extended. Lets see some new faces and some Merlot…Can’t wait for Thursday!

See you in the gloom!
