After a great weekend it was time to get the week off to a running start. Here goes…

Warm up:
SSH x20
10 Burpees per minute x5
The Thang:
Indian run around and down to parking lot by police station (1 mile)
Partner up for DORA
P1 exercise
P2 run to stop sign at top of hill and back
Exercises:
150 Merkins
150 Elbow plank jacks
150 squats
150 Flutter x4 count
Mosey back to flag
Mary:
LBC x20
Dying Cockroaches x20
6″ hold for 10 sec x3

We ended up running about 2.5 miles.
